Ghost Hit Recording is a 3,000 sq ft residential recording studio built into a historic church in West Springfield, MA. In addition to the church’s former sanctuary, which is the studio’s main live room with 30-ft ceilings, the studio has an acoustically “dead” space and three spacious isolation booths.

GHR features a DDA AMR 24 analog console, a hand-picked selection of world-class microphones, an extensive collection of vibey analog tools and vintage instruments, and a range of industry standard software. GHR has a 40x32 Pro Tools HDX system and is wired with an Aviom cue system with ten 16-channel mixers for full artist control of playback while tracking.

GHR has a beautiful apartment in the building available to add to your booking. While working and staying at GHR, you can have a luxurious morning by the fireplace then head up to the studio with your coffee or tea. You can finish a session with a bottle of wine, then head down to the apartment for a restful night.
